All Seasons Care Services provide high quality community care for older people, disabled people, those with learning difficulties or sensory impairment, people who are terminally ill and those living with dementia. Managed by professionals with over 25yrs of experience we pride ourselves on the services we offer.

Our support assessments are tailored to the persons individual needs. Our packages range from a 30 minute visit to 24 hr live in care. We have clients who only need short term help, for instance help with recovery from an operation. Some clients require regular assistance with shopping and laundry, or with personal care and companionship visits. All Seasons Care Services also offer palliative care, provided by a team of dedicated and sensitive specialists who offer support to both clients and their families in collaboration with hospice and medical staff. Staff at All Seasons Care recognise that everyone is an individual and respects their needs and interests while maintaining clients’ dignity and privacy. We create a care plan best suited to each person. Care plans are regularly checked and updated in accordance to a clients health and overall needs.
