All Seasons Care Services provide high quality community care for older people, disabled people, those with learning difficulties or sensory impairment, people who require complex care, people who are terminally ill and those living with dementia.

Our management are qualified, hands-on professionals with over 25 years experience. We are a passionate hardworking team.

Staff at All Seasons Care recognise that everyone is an individual. Respecting the needs and interests while maintaining clients’ dignity and privacy is the key to great care assistance. We understand that everyone is different and assess each person individually in order to create an accurate care plan best suited to each clients needs. Care plans are person-centred and clients are always involved. We like our clients to feel listened to and aim to give them maximum choice and control of their lives supporting them in the least restrictive way possible. Careplans are regularly updated and stored at the clients home where other people involved in their care can access and read it at any time.

Clients may receive as much or as little support as they wish, ranging from help with shopping and laundry, to assistance with personal care or companionship visits.

All Seasons Care Services offer palliative care, provided by a team of dedicated and sensitive specialists who offer support to both clients and their families in collaboration with hospice and medical staff.
