Palliative Care

At All Seasons Care Services we strongly believe that people should have the right to decide where they wish to spend the final days of their lives. Many people decide that this will be their home, where they can remain in familiar surroundings. Our staff provide the essential domiciliary care and support to enable clients and their families to make this choice.

Creating an end of life care plan is the first step. Our care plans are person-centered, encompassing all of the clients choices, wishes and needs. Staff at All Seasons Care Services recognise that maintaining clients dignity and privacy is a vital priority.

Our team will work with health professionals and all other people involved in the clients care and support in order to manage their symptoms, maintain their dignity and keep them as comfortable as possible.
We support clients and their families through their whole journey.
