Our person centered care plans at All Seasons Care Services are built on individual needs, personalities, interests, dislikes, goals and aspirations. We support clients with learning difficulties in progressing forward into improved independence. We promote communication and assist within the persons support network to ensure that they too maintain a good quality of life.

Our services provide the highest quality care possible, both at home and in the community, for clients with learning difficulties across the whole spectrum.

Providing vital support for people with learning difficulties can often feel overwhelming. We assist in alleviating this pressure, providing respite to improve lifes balance, both for the client and their families.

Our specialist support assistants are fully trained, passionate and experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities.

Our Services include:
– Enabling greater independence
– Assisting with travel to gain confidence and independence
– Preparation for work, job searches and interview coaching
– Education in health and exercise
– Support with medication and health appointments
– Help with accessing vocational training and work experience
– Support with managing correspondence and bills
– Help with personal care
– Supporting with strengthening social skills
– Encouraging fun activities, discovering new hobbies and getting out and about

We often speak to families whose loved one requires some additional help integrating, meeting new people and general social development.

Our team are there to help our client’s physical and emotional development. Often our support workers become a friend who will listen to concerns and someone to share interests with.

We support people with learning disabilities to live independently as part of their local community, preferably close to existing networks, family and friends.

Our support packages mean clients can exercise choice and control over their lives.
